The Chocolat
is an old farmhouse located near Perugia, in the middle of pine and
oak woods interrupted here and there by villas and farms and, in the
season, by fields of wheat, sunflowers and tobacco, only 2 Km from
the Monte Tezio Natural Park, and one Km from Colle Umberto. In the
front garden, there is a large area with furniture and games for small
children. A little ahead the large swimmingpool equipped with beach
chairs and umbrellas |
Guests can play volleyball
and ping-pong, or relax in the pool (14x7 m), or on the beach chairs
under the cool shade of a beach umbrella, and in the evening they
can enjoy outside dinners with barbecues. The entire complex is made
up of several apartments, all of them comfortable and spacious.
There is a telephone that the guests may use in common, as the washing
machine. Large parking-place.

The residence, situated in
an ideal area with respect to the many cultural and historical Umbrian
and Tuscan towns, as Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, Siena, Cortona, only
10 km from Perugia and 15 km from the Lake Trasimeno.
In this hilly region there are many picturesque small towns, perfect
destinations for daily excursions. You can also enjoy excursions on
horseback, (stables in proximity to the estate).
