From the beautiful garden with courtyard which surrounds it on three sides you can enjoy a pretty view of the valley and the surrounding hills.
Under a grapevine pergola you will enjoy your dinner al fresco.

The Villa comprises 320 sq m on two floors.

The open plan make the ground floor airy and lightly.

The spacious entrance leads to the large sitting room with a stone fireplace, two sofa, TV set, stereo with radio and cd-player, a characteristic dining room with a large table wood for 8 persons and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and a small grill.

On the ground floor there are also a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and one bathroom with shower.

Upstairs is a second sitting room with fireplace and TV set. A double and a twin bedroom, one with en suite bathroom with tub, the other with en suite bathroom with shower, have French window to the terrace with table and chairs overlooking the garden.

The garden that surrounds the villa is a triumph of flowers: old roses, hydrangeas, pines, vineyards, fragrances and colors, olive and fruit's trees.

Il Cinghialino has two porticoes, one of which is the ideal place where to enjoy the relax and the atmosphere of the garden; the other one with an ancient bread oven is an unique place where to enjoy a great meal.

The owners, antiques dealers, furnished the apartment with unique antique furniture and some elegant modern pieces.

The location is in the Sabina hills, a territory rich of Monasteries and Convents such as the famous Farfa Abbey.

This is also home of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Sabina", the first Italian olive oil receiving the D.O.C. quality mark, taste and standards typical of this particular area being very high.
