Situated
in the beautiful roman countryside, just on the outskirts of Rome,
in an enclosed 500 hectares' park lies this wonderful residence.
Built in the sixties provides you with a really relaxing and peaceful
holiday. |
The residence consists of four
units immersed in a magnificent two hectares pine wood, with huge
eucalyptus trees, rose gardens, oleander hedges, bamboo, cypress
trees, pomegranate trees and the wonderful fragrance of rosemary
and sage.
Inside the villa is a lovely swimming pool (12x6 m.) complete with
sun lounges, tables and chairs. There is also, for the more athletic,
a volleyball camp. |

For the sport lovers at only 3
km there is a sport centre surrounded by the beautiful countryside,
where you can play tennis, horse riding, windsurf, canoeing and
archery all within a range of 10 km. |

main building is a villa, divided into 4 apartments.
In one of these lives the owners' young English-speaking daughter.
The remaining 3 apartments, Tarquinia - sleeps
6 -, Tuscania - sleeps 4 -, and Populonia
- sleeps 6 -, are all independent like the other chalet Veio - sleeps 4+1 - |
The
apartments are very comfortable; each one has its own independent
heating and TV satellite, antique furniture and wrought iron beds.
Each apartment has its own private entrance and garden with table
and chairs. |

Tarquinia
- sleeps 6
On the first floor of the main unit it has two twin bedrooms and
one double.The kitchen is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher.
The dining recess is Tyrolese style and living room is looking onto
a big terrace, with a wonderful view of the park. There is one bathroom
with shower and bath.The apartment has satellite, is furnished in
style, well kept and co-ordinated. |
Tuscania
- sleeps 4
On the ground floor, it has a twin bedroom with wardrobe and a double
bedroom. A wide living room with fireplace and parquet floors, two
very comfortable divans, a solid wooden sideboard with glass and
dining table with chairs. TV satellite. The living room faces onto
a loggia with arches and a stairway leading into a reserved garden
in the park. The small kitchenette is between the living room and
bedroom. The apartment has one bathroom with shower. All furniture
is well kept and of good taste.
Shared washing machine. Tuscania can be connected with the Populonia
to create one big apartment with 5 bedrooms and a total of 10 beds.

Populonia
- sleeps 6
On ground floor, it has two twin bedrooms and a double.
A large and quaint dining recesses with fireplace, dining table
and chairs, TV satellite. Kitchen with oven, washing machine and
dish-washer. The double windows lead into a private garden. The
apartment has one bathroom with shower. All furniture is new or
very well restored antiques. Populonia can be connected to Tuscania
to create one big apartment, with 5 bedrooms and a total of 10 sleeps. |
Veio
- sleeps 4+1
At about 100 m from the main unit, in a separate building is the
Veio apartment. It has a twin bedroom and a double. In the anteroom
a large wardrobe and sofa with bed, for a total of 4+1 beds. The
kitchenette has washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment has
one bathroom with bath and a separate shower room. The living room
has a sideboard sofa, table and chairs.
Outside, in the park, a large private terrace with table and chairs
is available.The architecture is on the whole simple. New furniture
or restored antiques. TV satellite, wrought iron beds. Perfect for
5 people. |

| The
historical centre of Rome is 20 km away and very well connected
by bus - bus stop is at 3 km -, or only half an hour away by underground
- metro station is 6 km far, driving in the country-. Only 10 km
away is the beautiful Bracciano lake, 20 km the Fregene beach, 60
km medieval Viterbo with its thermal baths, palaces and museums.
All the land between the residence
and Viterbo is very rich in Etruscan and Roman archaeological sites.The
Etruscan city of Cerveteri at 25 km,Veio 15 km, and Tarquinia 60
km have interesting museums and necropolis.
For those who like trekking and horse
riding, at 18 km is the forest of Manziana where you can have beautiful
rides deep in the forest.
3 km away there are lots of shops and
typical restaurant.
