The
Elves is a beautiful stone house with pool and with two guesthouses,
part of a 260 hectare farm, hidden 6 km deep in the hearth of a
suggestive quiet woods in the Val di Mèrse.
To be noticed that the connection between the road and this marvelous
"off the beaten track" villa with pool is a path to be
covered slowly, in 10-12 minutes. |
| Few hundred
metres ahead is the villa of the owner and all around beautiful
woods with some trekking and mountain bikes paths.
The Val Di Mèrse is an unexploited land of great suggestive
spaces where the boar reigns and the trekker rambles with slow rhythm,
in peace with the Nature.

This land, where the
big tourism did not arrive yet, is scattered of ancient small churches,
elegant castles and fortified villages of Etruscan, Roman and Medieval
origin, where people lives and works, jealous of their history.
The most beautiful Tuscan art towns are in easy reach from Rosia.

| The house is on two
levels, has a 2 beautiful loggias, one of which near the living
room equipped with table and chairs, a large garden and a 5x10 m
out ground swimming pool.
The main house has access from a loggia. The entrance room is open
on a lounge/study. On this floor there are a double bedroom with
en suite bathroom with bath, 3 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower
and a terrace. |

From the entrance a
staircase leads down to the double living room with fireplace, satellite
TV and dining room.
The kitchen has oven, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A
French door open on a portico equipped with table and chairs for
10 and open to the garden. |
| On the
same floor the lumber room and a half bathroom with washbasin, bidet
and toilet.
The villa was recently restored and has been furnished with accuracy
and all comfort by the parents for one of the sons that often spend
there his week ends in full relax.
A cot is available. |

One of the guesthouses
has a double bedroom with wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower.
The second has a living room, with a double bedroom and a bathroom
with shower on the mezzanine.
A bread oven-barbecue is just on a wall of the guesthouse. Central
heating system with warm water production.
Parking no problem! |
| The village of Rosia,
with the grocery and basic shops is 16 km far. The local cycle-tourist
group organizes day tours in the area, renting bikes if requested.
The local The thermal SPAS of Petriolo are 20 km far, Siena 25 km,
Grosseto and the beaches of Maremma 70 km. |
