The house
can host 5 to 6 people on two staggered levels and is composed of
a studio-veranda with a single sofabed and a very large window -
over 5 m. - that can be completely opened directly on the swimming
pool.
On the lower level there are also a double bedroom with a bathroom
with double sink and shower; a twin bedroom with bathroom with bath
and a bedroom with a French bed; a laundry room with washing machine
and ironing equipment.

On the Upper level- only some steps up - the kitchen
with a big refrigerator, the oven, dishwasher, microwave and all
the kitchen appliances, a small larder and a large livingroom with
a table with chairs, a sofa and TVSet.

The 4000 sq m fenced garden with automatic
gate, is covered by olive trees and oleanders and equipped with
a barbeque, tables and chairs, two city-bikes and a ping-pong.
The swimming pool, built with concrete, measure 5.50x10.50 m. and
has a solarium with sun beds.
