Two guesthouses to a beautiful villa located on the top of a hill in Formello (the closest village to Rome), a small town out to the North, 13 km from the ring highway of Rome.
All the main important sites of the north Latium are in a max of 40 mins drive. The territory North of Rome is the land of origin of many Popes who let there magnificent villas, palaces and churches.
That territory is scattered of Etruscan and Roman sites, medieval small towns and natural beauties.
This property is a great base for any day trip downtown Rome, reachable by a comfortable superway which runs till the real centre of the Eternal City.
All the main important sites of the north Latium are in a max of 40 mins drive.
In October 2008 the Villa has been completely restructured and the guesthouse
ILFIORELLINO was enlarged.
Fully equipped, with superb views and private garden, is now available for 4 guests all over the year for a very special holiday or for a long stay.

IL FIORELLINO
This guesthouse fronts the second level's garden of L'Infiorata and faces on a large well kept private garden overlooking the swimmingpool (shared with villa Infiorata) and the public woods of the natural Regional Park of Veio.
A large lawn with a belvedere on the valley, equipped with beach beds and sun Umbrella gives direct access to the apartment where all rooms have windows and doors facing the garden.
This guesthouse fronts the second level's garden of L'Infiorata and faces on a large well kept private garden overlooking the swimmingpool (shared with villa Infiorata) and the public woods of the natural Regional Park of Veio.

The apartment has a nice double bedroom, a second very large double bedroom, the livingroom with a table for 6, a comfortable sofa, a kitchen in open separate space, a bathroom with shower cabin.
In total 4 sleeps.
Each room has a French window open onto the garden.
The second lower level hosts a beautiful 13 m shared swimming pool (working June-half September) flanked by a large porch fully equipped with built-in-wall barbecue, a gas kitchen on wheels, a four metres table made of a single piece of wood and surrounded by a nice garden with dressing cabin, divingboard and bathroom
In total 4 sleeps.

The main characteristic of this apartment is the great livability, both in the the living room and out of the French windows, where beach umbrellas, table and chairs invite the guests to relax for a continental breakfast or sipping a good glass of wine.
The English-speaking owners live on the first floor and maintain their private small office on the side of the house, both with private access.
The location of I FIORELLINI is 13 Km from the highway ring, 23 km from the real centre of Rome and about 15 minute drive from two metro-train stations. One line runs in 20 mins into the Vatican and the second one into Flaminio square and "piazza del Popolo" (the centre of Rome).
The swimmingpool is open from the end of May till the end of September, weather permitting.

A second guesthouse now under last works with quality finishes, has been built and will be ready to host guests in the spring of 2013.
It consists of a spacious double bedroom with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and a large livingroom with open plan kitchen and two single sofabeds.
It is situated behind IL FIORELLINO and therefore does not overlook the pool and does not enjoy views on the hills.
This guesthouse is rented only together with Il Fiorellino to which it can be linked with through an internal door, to increse the capacity up to 6+2 sleeps. It is equipped with all comforts and has access to the pool that shares with the other occupants of the villa.
