This weal villa in the Castelli Romani, 20 km out of Rome half way between Frascati and Grottaferrata, 10 km from Rome/Ciampino airport, is a good base for visiting the Eternal City and its beautiful South surroundings.

Being lived by the owners in some periods of the year, mainly in the week ends, the furnishing and all details have been tastely choosen with much care during the years, from the warm Trompe L'oeil on the walls to the knick-knackery and all comforts available for a pleasant stay.

The house has a large livingroom with an imposing wooden bookcase, three two-seats sofas, a fireplace in the middle od two large French windows opening to the porch and garden; a comfortable porch entirely furnished with porch-swings, seats and a table where to dine "al fresco" and cooking on the barbeque.

A large dining room with a table extensible to sit up to 15 is in a separate room and the kitchen, with wood furnitures, is equipped with all the necessary household appliances. A bathroom is available on the groundfloor close to the living area.
A practical laundry is also available.

Directly from the hall a corridor leads to the sleeping area.
Six bedrooms, two of which on the groundfloor and the others on the first floor, two with double beds and the others all twin, four with en-suite bathroom, the remaining two sharing a fifth bathroom in the corridor, can comfortably house and sleep up to 12 people. All bathrooms are decorated with hand painted ceramics and have both bath and shower. All bedrooms have French door opening to or overlooking on the garden.
