Villa Fiore is an elegant country house part of a marvellous estate in Todi.
The house is surrounded by an enchanting park with a lot of romantic corners.
Next to the park there is the large and beautiful pool 20 by 10 m with a lovely pool house with a wood oven and a summer kitchenette very useful for enjoying memorable drinks with friends on the pool border.
The house can accomodate 14 people in 7 large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms.
In the first floor there is a cozy and well equipped

kitchen that opens to the dining room where there's a big hearth.
In the large living room, there are a lot of facilities as TV SAT, HI FI, Video Player, and bridge table.
A piano and the internet connection are in the study.
From the livingroom and the kitchen there is access to an amazing terrace, a wonderful place to have unforgettable barbecue and dinners with friends, with a beautiful view on the medieval town of Todi and its impressive Cupola del Bramante.

Close to the swimmingpool there is a delightful guest house with 4 extra rooms and 2 bathrooms for a total of 8 sleeps.

tower has a kitchenette inside, in which you can take a drink with your friends or prepare a memorable barbecue.
The pool-house has also a "dressing-room-shower" with bathroom. In the patio you will find a tennis table for family competition.

Close to the swimmingpool, 100 metres from the Villa, at the edge of the gardens, with a splendid view of the famous Umbrian hills there is a delightful stone guest house with 4 extra rooms and 2 bathrooms for a total of 8 sleeps. It is rented only together with the villa.
