In the park on the hills that surround the lake of Bracciano, this villa overlooks the most beautiful coast of this lake, close to the village of Trevignano.

From the road the villa has access for cars and pedestrians, but it has his own sheltered parking on the road too, at side of which a stone stair go down to the entrance door.

From the entrance two doors open to the double bedrooms, another to the bathroom with bath and a French window to the furnished terrace.

One of the double bedrooms has en suite bathroom with shower and both have French doors to the terrace with beach umbrella and deck chairs.

A staircase leads to the lower floor in the middle of the large living room where the sitting area has 2 sofas, one of which convertible to a French size double bed and two armchairs.

The dining area can accommodate 6 people.

Close to the dining area is the kitchen, very well equipped with washer and drier, dishwasher, ironer, oven and microwave.

Two large glass sliding doors in the living room and a French window in the kitchen open to the very large terrace overlooking the lake of Bracciano, partially sheltered with a table and chairs for 8 and partially furnished with deck chairs.

A third small bathroom with shower is on this floor.

A beach on the lake private to the villas of the park is available to the guests.

A cycleway just built with much care, runs at side of the provincial road for many km, out of Trevignano.
