The Casale del Girasole is one of that group of old farms that achieve in the past centuries the generous rural production of Tuscany and Umbria, and today continue to produce high quality olive oil -from the same trees, sometimes-, wine and agricultural products, opening even to rural tourism the doors of their wealth in history, cooking and art.

The property, already home to many farming families in the eighteenth century, bandoned in the early '900, has been completely renovated to be dedicated to vacation rental in a site where eyes, mind and body can find the highest possible relaxation, breathing the smells of the countryside, enjoying the unpolluted nature or a beautiful sunset while sipping a glass of Sagrantino, lying by the pool.
The Casale is away from the farm, in absolutely quiet position.

The house is centrally located in the Umbria Region, between oak forests and sunflowers fields, in a land "offthe beaten track, full of charm and of pleasant surprises.
For instance, the fossilized (not petrified) wood that is still in its vertical position in the world-renowned Fossil Forest, located in the nearby town of Dunarobba. Down the road, Carsulae has perhaps the most beautiful ancient ruins of any Umbrian-Roman city in central Italy.
