Casa Giulia is a lovely part of a villa, located in a peaceful panoramic site, near Greve, kwnown as the wine city, in the production district of Chianti The house is stone built, and carries that particular country flavour, warm yet elegant, that has made of this Region one among the most attractive in Italy.

Casa Giulia is a perfect location to visit the Chianti area and the most enchanting cities, being 25 km from the centre of Firenze , 34 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 40 km from the centre of Siena . The area surrounding Greve is filled with beautiful Chianti countryside.

With private entrance in a nice and secluded garden with swimming pool (7x4 deep 1,20 m) in exclusive use of the guests, privacy is guarantee being set in a corner of the property.
The house is a semi-detached 120 sqm apartment on two levels. The large apartment is caringly furnished in typical Tuscan country style, with parquet floors in the bedrooms and terracotta floors in the living room and the kitchen.

On the ground floor a living and dining area with open fireplace perfectly working. TV and stereo unit are available to stay tuned and relax. A double sofa bed for extra comforts and french window leading to the terrace, furnished for "al fresco" breakfast times.

An open kitchen, supplied with oven, dishwasher, micro wave and deep freezer is ready for private cookings, as fresh food and great wines are buyable at Greve, only 3 kms far, one of which through unpaved road.
On the upper floor one more living room with fireplace and a dining room. 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Greve, a very nice and pictoresque small city, deserves the visit with its shops and crafts workshops, anyway. Please note that an open weekly market is there every saturday on the main square. In Montefioralle, a cute square of Greve, many nice shops and bars for amusing and relaxing hours.
Greve has also an art museum in the former convent of San Francesco.
