The property is the ground floor portion of a two apartments villa inside a residential complex of 15 houses. The complex abuts Cala Granu, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Emerald Costs, with Porto Cervo where are any kind of shop, banks, pharmacy ecc. that can be reached in 15 minutes walking on the waterline or on the road.

The village layes on a very large shared lawn and the small 200 sq m private garden guarantees privacy.
A local, very quiet road separates the village from the beach.

Cala Granu, elegantly furnished and in perfect conditions, enjoys a splendid sight on the sea from all the windows.

It consists of a large livingroom, the kitchen, 2 bathrooms with bath, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two double bunk beds, for a total of 6 sleeps.

Out the living room a portico for a dinner "al fresco dining" and a small private well furnished garden.

The apartment is provided with a washing machine, a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, television, electric warming, a complete set of linen with covers also and dishes for 6 persons.

In the lounge there it is a sofa bed for two, whose use is not recommanded because its accommodation for the night presupposes throwing the day area of the house.
The portico is furnished with a large (10 places) dinner table, a sofa and two arm chairs with cushions.
Two sun beds are in the garden.

The village Marina di Cala Granu is an attractive structure facing the marvellous homonym beach, in short distance from Porto Cervo, well-known seaside resort, goal of the international jet set, located in the "heart" of the Emerald Coast, the best well-known part of Sardinia.

The village is composed of different villas and cottages surrounded by spacious green spaces characterized by the typical Sardinian vegetation and lawns excellently treated and maintained by the gardeners.

On the beach it is possible to practice numerous sea sport.
