With both indoor and outdoor areas set on various levels, Villa LA SVOLTA is a completely private, multi-level home with views 360°, built by an Italian architect and owned by an English artist who lives three miles away.
The circular shape of the main living room, with its large windows, enhances the exquisite panorama of Lake Bracciano and its beautiful surroundings.

Most of the rooms,terraces and outdoor areas, pool included, share the same views.
The villa is gated and has space for two or three cars. The interiors are eclectic, interesting, comfortable, adorned with antiques from 19th and 18th century and the owner's paintings. Maid service, if requested at the time of booking, can bearranged.

This is an ideal base from which to explore Rome and the Etruscan cities that gird it. Within a five minute drive along the easy, paved road is Trevignano Romano and shops. Restaurants are strung all along the lake. Etruscan Sutri is within 10-minute drive. Medieval Bracciano, with trains to Rome, is 15 minutes away.

Drive into Rome within 50 minutes, or to Tarquinia, another Etruscan capital, in even less time. Orvieto in nearby Umbria is only an hour away.

Parking area: A path with steps leads to the house, the pool, and a furnished lake view terrace.
Lower level: Study with fireplace, seating area, two single

beds, all very pleasantly furnished, and en suite bath-room with shower.
Doors to the outside.
A spiral staircase leads to the Main level in which there are:
- a living/dining room with fireplace, 4 sofas, dining table for 8-10, sideboards and showcases, side low tables, satellite TVand doors to the patio
- a kitchen with stove top, oven, fridge and microwave

- a sunroom with dining table and exterior doors
- A guest bathroom
- Utility room with washer/dryer.
A few steps to the Mezzanine where is positioned an air-conditioned master bedroom with split level study and en suite bathroom with tub and hand shower.

Seven steps up to the First level, in which there are:
- Two twin bedrooms, one of which with one single and one Queen bed and doors to a terrace.

- Bathroom with tub and hand shower.
A spiral staircase leads to the Second level in which there are:
One twin bedroom and one bathroom with shower.
Use of this level to be agreed in advance with owners

At side of the villa, in a separated cottage lives the gardener.
