Each bedroom is furnished with original pieces in Tuscan style with a particular attention to detail and practicality.
Each floor has two bathrooms with shower. The fully equipped kitchen has been recently remodeled with stylish and quality pieces. From the kitchen a door opens in the large living room where there is a CD player, a TVSat 24/7 and room for everyone to chat and relax in front of the fireplace. The large table comfortably sits ten people. Cuisine lovers will find a stylish and practical environment in the roomy kitchen, where they can transform their ideas into excellent dishes.
Both the living room and the kitchen have access to the broad solarium paved with natural terracotta tiles.

It extends at the side of the swimming pool and is an ideal spot where to sunbathe or enjoy the shade of the gazebo.
The swimming pool is paved with roman-style tiles and surrounded by luxuriant plants. A large barbecue on wheels is easy to use anywhere, even close to the furnished gazebo.
Tomatoes, lettuce, arugula, and other fresh vegetables are at guests' disposition in the kitchen garden.
The land gently declines from the house towards the private way.
Here one can walk in the orchard and among centenary olive trees, surrounded by rose and broom bushes in full bloom.

Crossing the private way, one lands into a small biologically cultivated vegetable garden.
Completely surrounded with bushes of cherry laurel, in the leveled part of the garden grow ornamental olive, magnolia and prunus trees.
The imposing cedar of Lebanon, three tall cypresses and a walnut tree define the swimming pool area.
Completely surrounded by the garden, the solarium is paved with old hand-made terracotta bricks. Low-rise stone walls alternating with antique terracotta jars delimit its perimeter. Geraniums and tulips decorate jars and walls with a multitude of scents and colors.

From the porphyry-paved terrace one can gaze at the many wheat-cultivated fields and vineyards surrounding the villa. In the evening the sun sets on the valley, painting everything with orange and violet hues. A must-see!
At Spring time the orchard blooms with scents and flowers that become delicious apricots, prunes, peaches, and cherries at Summer time. All these fruits are biologically treated and ready to be handpicked and eaten from the tree.

The pool is cleaned at each period's end, or every two weeks. The disinfection cycle runs constantly on a timer schedule. Around the pool there are eight cushioned tilteable sun-beds. The garden is cleaned and trimmed weekly to preserve it enjoyable to live and pleasant to look at.
The access to the villa is granted through an electric gate and the private night-lit way. Along the private way are seven comfortable car spots, two of which are always repaired. The gate has a fixed videocamera with buzzer controllable from the house. This guarantees the guests a great deal of privacy.
On request, we also offer, free of charge, an additional single bed. A playpen is available.
