Bushes & Lavenders is located in a quiet residential area protected by gate, in the outskirts of Formello, the closest village to Rome and one of the main villages and towns

included in the Regional Park of "Veio" - an ancient Etruscan town - 20 km from the highway ring around Rome.
In the area of this Park there are plenty of Etruscan and Roman sites, medieval small towns and natural beauties still unknown not only abroad but also to the Italians. The whole area is a real "off the beaten track" with a very low number of offers for accommodation.

for all people willing to visit Rome, enjoying at the same time the stile of living in its countryside.
The lakes Bracciano and Martignano, all Etruscan sites and medieval intact towns are within easy reach.

A gate protect the residential area in which is located the villa. Large parking and lawns around the street that leads to the villas, where children can bike safe.

The access from the gate of the villa is shared with the owners, a kind couple that lives in the villa.
They speak French, Portuguese and - the owner is an American gentleman - a fluent english.

Through a small path and stone steps among bushes and flower, at side of the villa you will reach Bushes & Lavenders, its guesthouse, that is on the ground level of the building, on the opposit side.

Under a large porch two french doors give access to the living area on the left and to the sleeping area in front, so that the two parts are separated by the porch. The sleeping area has a nice and well equipped double bedroom with view on the garden and the swimmingpool, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and a single bedroom with a small window high on the wall. Each bedroom has a spacious wardrobe, sofa or chair and side tables.

The living room, equipped with A/CA and a Sky TV Sat, is very large, has a well equipped open space kitchenette with fridge, freezer and oven on one side, a table with chairs for 6 and a comfortable sitting area with a double sofabed and two armchairs. A short corridor leads to a small room with skylight and a double comfortable sofabed. In front a half bath with washing machine and shower.
This block can be considered itself a small apartment, even very simple, that ensure full privacy to a couple or a small family, while in the sleeping area a second couple or a little family will enjoy its privacy too.

The porch, furnished with table, armchairs and tennis table is for private use to the guests. Enriched by 3 beautiful bouganvilleas and flowers it is a nice place for a breakfast or where to sip your glass of wine, or for a match at the tennis table or for your dinner "al fresco", cooking meals on the stone BBQ a few mwtres far on the lawn.

The garden is taken with particular care by the owner. The lawn, thick and regular, hosts beach umbrella and sun beds. Around the swimming pool the lavenders fill the air with their scent and a nice gazebo with table and chairs is another convenient place where to relax. The swimmingpool is open all the year long.
