Originally I Mandorli was a typical Umbrian farmhouse, completely surrounded by the countryside. Located near Perugia, it lies on a hill looking to a wide valley flanked in distance by green hills. The very panoramic garden surrounded by hills.

In the front garden, far enough and in lower position to guarantee privacy, there is the 5x12 m. shared swimming pool, equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas, table tennis, a wood burning stove and barbecue at disposal of the guests.

Wisely restored, the farmhouse is now divided into 5 apartments, from 4 to 15 sleeps.
The apartments are large and comfortable, the furnishing is carefully selected with old rustic Umbrian style, with some antiques.

All apartments have phone line with private number, TVsatellite, bathroom with shower, heating system and have very well equipped kitchenettes or kitchen.

IL GELSOMINO - sleeps 2 + 2 - sq. m. 45

The entrance to the apartment "IL GELSOMINO" Is under a small portico. on the ground floor.
The living room, with a double comfortable sofa bed, kitchenette wardrobe with a sink, stovetop, a little oven and fridge, a sideboard and table with chairs, has a door to the double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers. On the opposite side of the living room there is the door to the bathroom with shower. The private small garden is close to the shared bread oven.
The apartment and the kitchenette wardrobe are all well-furnished Umbrian style and supplied with all necessary creature comforts for a long stay. TV Satellite in the living room and in the bedroom.
This apartment can be linked to the apartment "IL GIRASOLE".

On the back side of the building, there is the apartment: LA GINESTRA - sleeps 3 + 2 - sq. m. 45

This apartment has access from both sides of the living room. The living room has a double comfortable sofa bed, kitchenette wardrobe with a sink, stovetop, a little oven and fridge, a table with chairs and a small table with TV Satellite. Five steps leads to the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. Further 2 steps to the single bedroom. Both bedrooms have TV Satellite, bed tables and wardrobe.
This apartment can be linked to the apartment "LA ROSA" A small private area in the garden is equipped with Sun Umbrella, table and chairs and barbecue.

IL GIRASOLE, sleeps 4+3, sq. m. 67

This apartment, on the ground floor has access from the private garden.
The living room has two wings. In the main there is the wardrobe kitchenette with sink, stovetop, a little oven and fridge. On the right side a comfortable double sofa bed, a small glass table and TV satellite. In the centre a solid table with chairs and a long bench made from ancient rural equipment. On the other side of the living room there is another single sofa bed. A short corridor leads to the bathroom with shower and to the double bedroom, while a second bathroom with shower has access from the othes side of the living room.

A large area in the garden, equipped with sun umbrella, table, chairs and barbecue is private to this apartment.

The larger apartment of the farmhouse,
IL MANDORLO, sleeps 12+3, sq. m. 137
located on the first floor.

A stone staircase leads to the entrance door to the large living room with fireplace and a very large table with chairs. The kitchen, in separate room has a 4 fires gas stove, oven, a big fridge with freezer, sink and furniture. On the wall of the living room there is an old stone sink and close to this a door to a corridor in which there is access to 3 double bedrooms, one of which with possibility of a third bed, one with canopy and one with a mezzanine on which there are 2 additional beds.
From the living room a second corridor leads to 2 very large double bedrooms each with possibility to add extra bed. These two bedrooms have a cloak dressing room. All bedrooms in the apartment have private bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has a colour dominating in the dressing (curtains, canopy, accessories etc.).
The furnishing is carefully selected in old rustic Umbrian style, with some antiques.

Apartment LA ROSA - sleeps 2 + 2 - sq. m. 47

Entrance from the garden to the living room in which there is an ancient Umbrian table with chairs, on the right a kitchenette wardrobe with a sink, stove top, a little oven and fridge. The sofa is a comfortable double bed. On the left a nice rustic wooden bench and on the right an ancient stone sink in which in the past were conveyed the juice of grapes, producing wine.
3 steps and the apartment LA ROSA can be connected with LA GINESTRA. La Rosa can be connected also with Il GIRASOLE.
A small corridor links the living room with the double bedroom. In the corridor there is a wardrobe and a door to the bathroom with shower. In the double bedroom there is also a sofa and a chest of drawer.

The apartment is nicely furnished with rustic antiques.
A small private garden is furnished with barbeque Sun Umbrella and deckchairs.
