This typical
medieval farmhouse with additions of the 17th and 18th centuries,
is situated in dominant position on vineyards, villas of the Chianti
and Castles, among which the Brolio, in the heart of Tuscany, a
few kilometers from Siena and the Crete Senesi, on the main road
from Siena to Perugia. |
The recent and accurate restructuring
done to the ancient stables on the ground floor has produced three
beautiful apartments. The one on the first floor, with independent
access is lived by the owners and theys son.
" The Swallows" and "Loggia" are two apartments
on the ground floor, characterized by Tuscan typical fireplaces,
marvelous wood and terracotta finishing touch, warm colors, a private
independent garden, a panoramic swimming pool (10X5 sqm) and the
splendid countryside.
Around the pool there are furniture and hammocks where you can relax
and enjoy your tranquil surroundings and the views of the Chianti.

The pool is shared with
the owners.
The silence, the peace and convenience make an oasis of this place,
where to relax in company with the swallows and doves that every
year come back to nest in the villa.
In the past, the farmers met here to dance, to celebrate the festivities
and the feasts, and an aura of this harmony and happiness is still
today present together with the gentleness and warmth of the owners.
The Villa (180 sqm. abt) is made of two apartments with independent
entries, ideal for two family groups.

The Swallows -
3 double rooms, 2 baths
This is a large apartment with an independent entrance from the
garden.
The spacious lounge furnished with aged furniture in Tuscan style
has a typical fireplace, wood for which is provided, wooden doors
and colored glass that hide a completely equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Wood
beamed ceilings offer a warm atmosphere.
From the left part of the living room a small corridor with closets
wall leads to one double and one twin bedroom. |

The double bedroom,
that has access to the garden in front of the house, has an original
beautiful arch over the bed. The twin bedroom has a cupboard built
with the original doors of the stable. A glass viewpoint on the
floor let watch into the original steps to the cellar under the
house.
All the floors are of terracotta and the ceilings with wooden beams.

Ancient furniture, archs made of terracotta
bricks and large windows opening out on the garden make this apartment
the ideal place for a relaxing vacation in the Tuscan tradition.
La Loggia - 2 double
rooms, 2 bathrooms
A large covered furnished terrace with bloom pots, ideal for a dinner
"al fresco", gives access to the second apartment. Furnished
in Tuscan style, the living room has a typical Tuscan fireplace
- wood is provided - and a fully equipped open plan kitchenette.
A short corridor leads from the living room to the bedroom area.

double bedroom, with
en-suite bath with shower. The master's bedroom has a double bed
with canopy and en-suite bathroom with bath. This room has beautiful
Tuscan beds, terracotta floors and a fantastic view on the pool
and the Chianti hills beyond.
A barbecue is available with wood provided; laundry, house maid,
telephone and internet too. On request baby sitter and kitchen courses.
Pets are allowed on request.
