This independent villa suitable for six person is a former hay-loft restored to become a beautiful house for six people with all comforts and pool.

The property is in the heart of Chianti Region - Greve is just 10 km away - but a few km from Florence.
From its terrace there is a magnificent view.

Entering the villa there is a characteristic living-room with a large sofa in front of the television.
Same steps down, there is the kitchen (entrely made in the wall) and the dining-room which is spacious and comfortable.

In the villa there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them with shower and one with bath.

There is also the laundry room with a washing-machine.

As told, in such a lovely place, there is also a pool - 7 metres per 4 metres, open 1/5-30/10 - and a large panorama is enjoied from both the pool and the terrace where the beautiful spectacle of sunset on Chianti shire is the right scenery for tasting a glass of local wine.

This green oasis is very well located.

It is close to all facilities:

- restaurants, supermarket, shops and cafes are just 4 km away;
- Greve (the capital town of Chianti Gallo Nero) is 10 km far,
- Florence 12 km and Siena 30 km.
- Horse riding facilities are close by.
- Golf courses are held at Ugolino Golf Club, 8 Km away. The area is suitable for biking and trekking.
