Casa
a Moriano is located on a ridge in a hamlet which lays in the hill
country just a few kilometres north of Lucca.
It is a former two floors rustic house with attached
hay barn surrounded by greenery, recently carefully restored to
the highest standard, now an elegant villa with timeless flavour
of Tuscan elegance, with garden and swimming pool surrounded by
sixteen thousand meters of grassland olive-grove and an orchard.

house has stone walls, cotto flooring and beamed ceilings as all the
Tuscan old houses and villas, it is equipped with all the modern appliances
as central heating and Jacuzzi and the rooms are spacious and light.

Garfagnana this is a country retreat perfect for excursions to the
Versilian Riviera, into the natural reserves of the Apuan, to Spa
towns and interesting fortified villages as Barga, Castelvecchio Pascoli
