Nicola
Sul Mare is a lovely beach villa in Santa Margherita di
Pula - South of Sardinia - located in a pinewoods, 3 minutes walk
to wonderful white sandy beaches. |
The direct access to fine sand and the sublime sea makes the area
ideal for children while romantic islets and grottoes of easy and
free access make this area exciting. |

The salient
feature of the resort is the verdant strip measuring seven by one
miles, stretching from the modest town of Santa Margherita di Pula
towards the tiny village of Chia, with its long white fine sand
beaches, bounded by a state road and wooded coastline. |
All
around small paths lead in dense pine and eucalyptus woods with
occasional vineyard and olive grove.
The 300 sq m surface is divided in 2 floors and all
around is a nice garden.
On the ground floor are a double bedroom, a second bedroom/study
with French bed (cm 140) and a bath room with shower and bath. |

In between
the two bedrooms is the large living room which overlooks the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped. |
A portico behind the house has a long wooden table that seats 20
people, two stones bread ovens and at side the kitchen garden.
The first floor is composed of a terrace, a double
bed room, a bunk bedroom with 4 beds, a single bedroom for the maid
and a big bathroom with bath. |

The house has
a washing machine.
The villa is furnished with Sardinian style, has cotto
flooring and wooden light blue beams roof.
The garden is furnished with tables and chairs barbecue
and a shower to clean sand from the body, coming from the beach. |
