An ancient farmhouse located in open, peacefully country, only 500 m. from Bolsenas' lake, and 1 km. from Capodimonte, a nice little town on the lake.

Positioned in a quiet country at the crossroad with Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany, Olmobello is a good base for excursions to Siena (1 h.), Orvieto(25"), Roma (1,30 h.), Viterbo (15"),  Saturnia Thermals (30") and the whole land of the Etruscans all around.

The house was recently carefully restored in three independent units that can be rented separately

The apartment is located on the ground floor, entrance from the private garden. Double bedroom furnished with, a lovely iron bed frame, commode, bedside and substantial ancient armoire. Living consists of a very spacious sitting room with a dining area with a wooden dining table with space for 6, old sideboard and furniture perfectly restored and comfortably cushioned chairs and sofas – one of which can be made up into a double bed and another into a single bed. The kitchen is in the corner of the living room.

Terracotta floors, old style and old furniture perfectly restored, forged iron beds, television set, bathroom with shower and central washing machine.

Free products from the small kitchen garden are available.Tennis, horse riding, restaurants and supermarket are in the max distance of one km.The parking is covered.
