L'Opera is a complex of 9 apartments, realized similar to hotel suites, made out from two original very large apartments in two different buildings, 50 metres far each other.

They have been restored using the best buiding materials.
The result is:

A - the largest of the 9 apartments, can sleep 4 (a fifth camp bed can be supplied).
The entrance door opens into the dining/living room with table and chairs for 4, well equipped kitchenette corner, a 3 seats sofa, sideboard and TV satellite.
A nice fresco covers a wall.
A large double bedroom with warderobe and a bunk bedroom accommodate 4 people.

A camp bed in the living room is available on request.

B - Five apartments have one double room, a living room with a double sofabed (130 cms wide) and a kitchenette corner, bathroom with shower.

D - One apartment has a large room with sleeping area (2 sleeps) and living area with a double sofabed and kitchenette corner.

B/D apartments are suitable for a couple with one or two children (in a double sofabed) or 3 adults -max.

C - One single room has only a bathroom, no kitchenette.

The entrance to both complex, is protected by safe-door, on the second and on the fourth floor of two ancient mansion near the Opera of Rome from which it takes its name.

The elegant entrance that can be seen here at side, with precious bronzes, give access to five apartments, 4 of which are available for short rentals.

The apartments have been finished in the beginning of February 2003, are sunny and well furnished to give all comforts for a long stay.

The second complex was winished in the beginning of October 2003, has a less pretencious access to the apartments but the mansion has a really high class hall and staircase.

All apartments are furnished with the same standard, well equipped and comfortable for a long stay (the pictures show some apartments).

All apartments have a safe, TV satellite, telefone line, iron and a Kitchenette or kitchenette corner very small indeed but complete for cooking a quick meal (no washing machine and dish washer).

All apartments have air-conditioning.
Daily cleaning and linen/towels change every 2 days, for extra.

Nearby the property a quick laundry gives all sort of needed services.
