In a vast
olive groove, in the vines of the farm, on the slopes of Pratomagno,
350 meters on the Sea level, in Tuscany's scenic Arno Valley, THE
PASTEL HOUSE is a XIX century farmhouse with swimming pool, charmingly
restored with the ancient building materials and refurbished with
a very pleasant modern personal touch of the owner. |

five apartments have original Impruneta "cotto" floors
and original Tuscan chestnut beams ceilings.
The apartments
All the apartments are comfortable and welcoming, with independent
entry and an annexed equipped private space. The walls are decorated
in pale shades.
Both are on the first floor with external staircases giving private
access.
The extensive land and marvellous, lush surrounding fields around
the property, the swimming pool and the possibility to visit the
wineries and ancient fortifications af which the Arno Valley is
dotted, THE PALE SHADES' HOUSE provides a relaxing, serene holiday
in Tuscany
Tracking, biking and horse riding are the most advisable sports
to be practiced in the area.
It is also a perfect base for visiting Tuscany: Arezzo, Chianti,
Firenze and Siena are from 30 to 50 min. far. |

Il
Girasole - The Sunflower -(110 m², sleeps 6) is the
largest.
Located in the first floor but with an external private space on
the garden, it consists of a dining room, a large fully equipped
kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with bath,
one with shower.)

Terrazza - The Terrace - (90 m² , sleeps 2+2)
It consists of a large dining- livingroom with fireplace, a large,
fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. A double
sofa bed in the livingroom accommodates a couple.
The apartment is on the upper floor and has a large, covered terrace
with classical panoramic views of the valley, where you can dine
al fresco.

it has one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and
a kitchen. |
