The farm house of the XI century, former monastery, have been recently restored using original materials used at time of building, to preserve the original look of the structure.
The cotto flooring is original except some small areas where it was necessary to make some small repairs.
In some rooms there are still the original stone flooring.
All the ceilings are made of chestnut beams and cotto tiles.

The bus stop to Arezzo downtown (20 mins) is 400 metres far on the provincial road.

One km far the river Arno pass through a beautiful gorge where is possible to fish magnificent trouts in some periods of the year.

On the groundfloor floor, the entrance room with access to an half bath with shower and staircase to the first floor, gives access to the very large living/dining room, divided in two areas, one with table for 8-10 people and 2 sofas, the other with Kitchen with oven, 4 hobs, two fridges and a 18th century table with 12 seats in front of the hearth.

From S.Antimo long and regenerating walks can be done by feet or bike, dipped in the green and in the hush of the Tuscan countryside.

The original flooring is made of stone and cotto.The two bedrooms are furnished with antique aged beds, wardrobes and chest of drawers.

On the first floor, on the right and on the left of the large mezzanine with sofa and ancient mirror, there are two living rooms with double sofabeds.

On the right side a further large living room with Hearth and bathroom, plus a kitchenette and 2 double bedrooms.
On the left the living room, a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

All the rooms are furnished with Tuscan antiques from the 19th century.
In the very large living/dining room the 18th century table with 12 seats is in front of the stone hearth.

The second floor, similar to the first, has air conditioned.

All apartments have TV Set. On the second floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and on the ground floor a large dining/rest room with a table for 20 and kitchen.
