In a private quiet path without exit, this villa lays on a promontory in the sea with private access to the sea and to a small sandy inlet accessible only by the sea, swimming or canoeing from the villa.

The villa, perfect for who expect and wish peace and loneliness (in August too), it is on a cliff on a rocky and wild promontory overlooking the sea that includes the sixteenth-century Tower Diane or Tower Scissura, currently belonging to the Ministery of Culture.

The villa has two private access to the sea with terraces and platforms for sunbathing.

The villa overlooks a small, enchanting inlet, accessible only from the villa or from the sea;the beautiful sandy beach Le Scissures is easily attainable swimming, in rowboat or in 10 minutes afoot.

The villa is on two floors plus a depandance, for a total of ten sleeps.

Close to the double gate, for auto and pedestrian, an ample shelter covers two cars. A stairway, drawn in a typical wild Mediterranean garden, conducts to the house.

The Master bedroom with a delightful and romantic private small terrace overlooking just on the sea and on the tower, has a bathroom with bath and an anteroom.

On the corridor one bunk and one single bed room - this with a second bed extractible - share a second bathroom.

A second double bedroom, with independent access and corridor, with en-suite bath, opens on a large sheltered terrace.
The room has a conditioner.

On the ground level there is also a half bath

FIRST FLOOR
An arch separates the dining area from the sitting one in the large livingroom where are a beautiful fireplace and different niches.

Three large French doors leaned out on a long reeded terrace from which to enjoy the splendid panorama of the sea and the tower.

On the lower floor there is a second wider terrace usually used as solarium. The livingroom is supplied with A/C, telephone, TVSat and dvd.

The kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, two vacuum cleaners, leans out on a panoramic sheltered terrace just on the sea, usually used for lunch.

Another terrace, shaded always and mended by a thick Mediterranean bush, offers a moments of relax and concentration, on the left side of the house.

Through the different terraces, passing at side of the tower, is the way down to the sea, through short paths and stairways drawn in the rock among color and scent of the Mediterranean bush.

IL "TORRINO"
The large roof forms an evocative terrace-solarium, without parapet, from which to enjoy a really unique view.

The dependance has two single beds that can be also joined to form a double bedroom, a mansard with bathroom and a dressing room.

The small window above the bed frames the sky and the tower.
A shower outside is the stop on the way back from the sea.
