In a private quiet path without exit, this villa lays on a promontory in the sea with private access to the sea and to a small sandy inlet accessible only by the sea, swimming or canoeing from the villa.

The villa, perfect for who expect and wish peace and loneliness (in August too), is on a cliff on a rocky and wild promontory overlooking the sea that includes the sixteenth-century Tower Diane or Tower Scissura, currently belonging to the Ministery of Culture.

Description:
The property is a villa in Mediterranean style, a simple white house perfectly inserted in the natural context, on the side of the hill that slopes towards the sea, with large terraces, patios and terraces. The architecture is the typical Mediterranean of the 50's.

The exterior is characterized by many staggered spaces linked by stairways and walkways, with Mediterranean vegetation and plants like oleander, butterbush, oaks, etc. where the swimming pool is located. A flight of steps shared with the other villas of the park leads from the villa directly to the sea cliffs. In walking distance(700 m about)out of the Park there is a bathing establishment with bar, restaurant sandy beach and all comforts.

The house is 120 square meters large, divided on two levels connected by internal staircase. A large living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom are upstairs while on the lower floor are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Another small room is outside, with private access.

Home of great charm in its structure, simple in its shape, simple and not flashy or sophisticated in furnishings. The large outdoor area looks well cared and has a good privacy.

At the time of our visit there was only a hammock and typical outdoor furniture (wicker chairs, deck chairs, tables and concrete seats with cushions of different shapes).

Distances:
The best beaches are all within easy reach, both the well equipped and the free beaches.
Gaeta, one and half km far, rich in history and culture is not the only place to visit.
The coast, from Gaeta to Circeo, through Sperlonga and Terracina, is a sequence of beautiful landscapes, scenic roads, beaches, hidden coves,archaeological remains (Museo Archeologico della Grotta di Tiberio, Monte Giove Anxsur).

To the South, The towns of Formia and Minturno offer a presence of Roman ruins (theater Minturnae, the port of Caposele, villa Ruby, etc ...) and well worth visiting the inland areas as Itri with its medieval castle and the unique Montecassino Abbey, founded by St. Benedict, or the splendid Oasis Ninfa.
