Half way Rome-Naples, this house is located in a private park with twelve houses - each with four independent apartments - that faces on the lake of Sabaudia, in face of Santario della Sorresca, in the heart of the National Park of Circeo that extends from the sea to

the national road Mediana, from Mount Circeo to the village of Fogliano, including the dunes and the coastal lakes of Sabaudia, Caprolace, Dei Monaci and Fogliano.

The park is rich of aged oaks, pines and holms.

A swimming pool in the park is shared by all the owners of the villas.

The white sandy beach and the village are in walking distance, 10-15 mins far. Out of the gate the bus stop.

The garden is partially paved and surrounds on two sides the house. It is well equipped with table, chairs and sun beds. The garden has flowers smelting herbs and a poplar that gives shadow to part of the house.

To be considered that the holiday houses, usually very small, in fact have comfortable spaces outdoor.

Casa Sorresca is nicely furnished, has many wardrobes and even being only 60 sq m large is very well divided and can sleep up to 6 people.

It develops on two levels. On the ground floor there is the living room with a double sofa bed.

A kitchenette corner with dishwasher and refrigerator is separated by a sliding door. Out in the garden a bathroom with shower is very useful living in the garden daytime.

On the first floor a double bedroom have a balcony overlooking the green unpolluted lake and a twin bedroom also with balcony overlooking the private garden.

The bathroom on this floor has a washing machine.
