It stands in the Sorrentine Peninsula, the beautiful coast of the Gulf of Salerno.The shores of Massa Lubrense are the nearest to Capri and in every age, the area has been among the most fascinating and interesting in Italy, for the presence over the centuries of Greek, Roman, Angevin, Aragon and Borbonic influences, witnesses of which are still visible.

The coast beeing green of plants and trees down to the sea, trasnparent waters of intense blue; lucky those who enjoy such view at 360 ° from uphill, comfortably seated in the garden by the pool, in a dominating position. The guests of the Sunny Villa can enjoy such privilege, with a panoramic view to the Vesuvius and to Capri, Ischia and Procida Islands.
The house is a recent building on 2 levels, surrounded by a beautiful garden full of fruit plants and flowers. The atmosphere is extremely distinguished and quiet, away from the neighbouring noise. Perfect for true relax, minutes from bars, restaurants and all sort of amenities.

The garden has been thought to be intensely lived , with different areas where everyone can spend different moments, On a side a 3 x 7 m prefab pool, with a shower heated by solar panels, useful to freshen up before entering the pool or when coming back from the beach; on another side a veranda on the Gulf, covered by an "incannucciata" (a straw cover), to enjoy sunshade for al fresco meals. Here the open air kitchen, complete with hobs, wood burning oven for pizza and bread and a barbecue allows to prepare and take meals comfortably seated by the Vietri tiles covered table..
Just before the house the elegant patio, a lounge with armchairs, settee, coffee table and classic deckchairs. Everywhere more sunbathing chairs, in perfect mediterranean style.

The house is tastefully furnished, with high class furniture of tradition and some antiques. TV and telephone are available and mosquito nets are on every bed. A large parking area can host up to 4 cars. Hot water is assured by solar panels.
The owners have built and furnished the villa as if they should live it all year round, with that special care due to one's own residence, which gives to it a pleasant exclusive atmosphere.

On ground floor the large living room with fireplace, parquet floorings, elegantly furnished with big inviting white sofas in a room full of sunlight, the large modern kitchen, fully equipped also with dishwasher, a dining area furnished in a classic style, a laundry room with washing machine, a service wc with shower, as well as two bedrooms. One is double and one single, both with bathrooms with shower. The bedrooms on the ground floor are especially suitable for elders or guests with handicap.

On the upper floor 3 double bedrooms and a bedroom with frenchsize bed, two independent bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with bath.
All bedrooms on the upper level have direct access to the panoramic terrace on the Gulf, furnished with deckcairs and hammock.
The owners will be pleased to arrange to have a pizza cook for special evenings or Italian cooking lesson, for extra charge.

The great position of the villa makes easy and comfortable to reach the sea either by car and by bus, being the bus stop just outside the property. It is also possible to plan excursions in the area, as many fantastic trails in the nature are all around.
Many renomated resturants, some among the best in Italy, are close or within easy reach and for those who love sea activities, we can suggest to hire small boats or to try the fishing tourism by the Marina del Lobra port or by the Nerano beach.
