The delightful villa on the Sunny Valley is a building dating back to the XVIII century, gone during 2004 under a complete restoration, now able to host comfortably up to 5 people.

The property enjoys a magnificient view from the 250 sqmt garden, displayed on two levels, overlooking a sunny valley of olive trees, vineyards and woods, the typical magic Tuscan landscape.
The outdoor space is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy most comfortable "al fresco" meals with fresh products from the local market.

The cosy cottage is on two levels, where the ground floor consists of a big living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom and on the upper floor guests will find two spacious, airy, full of sunlight double bedrooms, which can sleep up to 5 people, using the supplied sofabed.

The village is a lovely, well kept fraction of the more famous medieval town of Lucca, a city that has kept along the centuries its fortified walls almost intact.
They have now lost their protection purpose, becoming the charming "roundtown promenade" for the inhabitants and the visitors.

Lucca is also the birthday place of the famous classical composer Giacomo Puccini, whose home can be visited. Every summer Lucca hosts the Lucca Summer Festival of Music and several further cultural events take place in this part of Tuscany all year round. The Lucchesia deserves to be discovered, not only for its naturalistic and historical sites; actually local noble families have during the times established here their summer magnificient residencies, which are open to public..

To be recommended is also a taste to the local typical products, such as the extra virgin olive oil, the many DOC wines, the spelt and the chestnut flour, which was used instead of wheat and which is the main ingredient for the delicious cake "castagnaccio."
Guest will have a wide choice of places to visit, among the important churches, the Roman amphitheater, the Tower, and obviously all the other beautiful artistic and naturalistic spots in Tuscany, easily reachable for daytrips from the Villa Sunny Valley.
