As all the Italian ancient farmhouses, this villa consists of two floors, with a characteristic external stone staircase leading to the upper floor where in the passed was the apartment lived by the farmers while on the ground floor was the stable with the cattle.
Carefully restructured was transformed by the actual owner into a good-looking stone villa with delicate decor and restful furnishings, in an excellent setting overlooking a charming valley in the centre |
| of Tuscan Maremma where each village hides unexpected gourmet trattorias and fabulous local wines: a great location off the beaten track. The adjacent village is within easy driving distance and the 42 km to reach the beaches of Marina di Grosseto or Castiglione della Pescaia as well as in the opposite direction Montalcino, land of Brunello, dont seem too far to discourage an active holiday. |

DESCRIPTION
The sitting area with fireplace is on the upper floor, together with two double bedrooms - one of which with en suite bathroom with shower - and a twin bedroom.
A bathroom with Jacuzzi is on the same floor.
On the lower floor is the rest of the house with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and also a shower bathroom.
In total three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. |
| Always on the ground floor living and dining room with open-plan kitchen and with access to terrace. On the garden lawns the swimming pool (10m x 6m, 1.4m to 1.4m deep, with ladder) enjoys some areas of natural shade.
