TheGarda Lake is well known among simple citizens as well as famous people all over the world, for the beauty of the landscape itself and for the many historical buildings, famhouses or noble residences along the lake or on the hills surrounding it.
This villa laies on the Brescia district side of the lake, overlooking a 18 holes golf club and the lake. A beautiful former farmhouse, totally and lovingly restored, preserving the old times flavour by keeping the original furniture and with a modern and sophisticated design touch.

The ones who have never been in the Euganean Hills National Park, will be surprised and pleased to find such beauty, in a land where, in the reknown thermal SPAs of Abano and Montegrotto, health and thermal treatments are daily habits, to be enjoyed in well organized premises. Villa Petrarca is right in the heart of the Natural Park, only 4 kms away from the SPAs. It is an enchanting and comfortable 400 sqm house, consisting of the main elegant Liberty building and a two apartments dependence.
Both have been recently very well restored and enjoy an equipped swimming pool (6x12 m), surrounded by decorative lawns.

CASA DEI LAURI is an early 19th century charming farmhouse, lovingly restored with wooden beams and cotto flooring, located in the old part of the village Illasi, 20 km from Verona East.
Not to miss a visit to the city of Verona, with the Arena and the "Romeo and Juliet" balcony among the others. Venice, Padua, the Palladian Brenta Villas, the lake of Garda and all the Veneto Region are easily reachable.
