This property is located in a sort of small village built in front of the sea, not far from the ruins of the ancient Roman town of Tharros. |
Funtana Meiga is a little village built about ten years ago on a suggestive corner of the Sinis peninsula, which is situated on the western side of Sardinia.
It is surrounded by fertile fields and Oristano, which is the main town, is few kilometres far. The Peninsula is a large plain farmed for cereals, rice andvegetables in which the sea has drawn a lot of whitesand beaches and sweet slopes allow an easy access to the water. |

The colour of this unpolluted sea is difficult to describe as it varies according to the sun, the environments and the feeling of your soul. Incredible shades from green to turquoise to blue.
The peninsula is a famous archaeological place and offers many fascinatingremains of Punic and Roman construction. As it is situated in the central part of Sardinia you can have many interesting and amusing trips to the north or to the south of the Island. |
Going up the stairs you enter a small living room furnished with table, chairs, a cupboard and a sofa where one or two people can sleep. Along the corridor, on the right, there is a small kitchen, the bathroom and a twin bedroom with a wardrobe. From the windows you have a wonderful sight on the sea and the environments. Down the stairs, a shower and a washbasin are available.

Everything is new and comfortable.
From the portico one can look at the sea which is reachable after walking for about 60 meters across the Mediterranean Maquis where, half way, a nice kiosk is placed. Here one can sit, have a drink, eat and dance in the night.

Tipical restaurants in walking distance.
This is a welknown place for international windsurf racings. There are boats for rent, a diving centre, wind surf service and 15 km far a golf club.
This property can be rented for a min of two weeks in July/August In the same village, few metres far Casa Grande, 4 sleeps is available |
