One is il Palazzo, the other is one of the very big historical Lucchesi villas, Villa Altieri that gives the name to the road going around the garden wall: Via di Villa Altieri

The owner, a well know writer, lives in New York City for most part of the year.
The villas are surrounded by a large 50.000/ sqm park with plenty of old century trees, a pretty lake, vast lawns, a little wood of old camelia trees, and cool, shady areas. The location of VILLA PALAZZO combines proximity to town with the peace and beauty of the place.

The whole property is under the protection of the Italian Office for Historical Monuments.
The lovely apartment occupies the main floor of PALAZZO, with the main entrance and stairs.

Another apartment is on the second floor , with

completely independent entrance.

In the back side of the house a third apartment, fully independent, is lived by the old nanny of the owner.

It is completely independent and, due to the vast size of the property, the guests at PALAZZO will not have any incovenience.

4 or 5 dogs live in the park, never allowed inside il Palazzo
