This elegant, old Tuscan charm, spacious and totally independent farmhouse is perfect for a group of friends who whish maintain their privacy even spending holidays together.

Farmhouse ORCIA offers privacy and unbelievable evocative atmosphere, being a delightfully rural base from which to tour both Tuscany and Umbria.
The interior combines some original items, very well preserved and contemporary furnishing. Thanks to the extraordinary location, the house and its swimming pool enjoy an amazing 360° view over the Val d'Orcia. The sunset in this environment is utterly unforgettable!

From the property, the endless fascinating far-flung vista of Monte Amiata and the Val d'Orcia lies at your feet. The views from the private SWIMMING POOL (5x12 Mt.), set on a higher level than the house, are even more stunning.

The Guest house

Ground floor: On either side of a small, furnished patio there are two small Cottages. One has a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom; the other has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
