It had been abandoned for years, immersed in silence broken only by the myriad voices of nature on the wooded land estate and restored in 1998 to a gorgeous, well furnished, spacious and totally independent mansion, with

a very refined selection of furnishings and fittings in a very surprising combination of old fashion and contemporary design.
It can be reached in three minutes drive, crossing charming untouched countryside. The guests will appreciate the characteristics of this land: enhance the quality of life in relation to the surroundings, while respecting that silence.
It is located 3 miles from Sarteano and within short driving distances from Chiusi, Montalcino, Perugia and Orvieto.
Both Rome and Florence can be reached in about 90 minutes by car.

The house has screened doors only on the ground floor, hair dryer in each bathrooms and telephone extension in each room. 2 hours of daily cleaning service and a mid-week linen change is provided. Satellite TV is available on request.

A short drive away, guests can arrange the use of a fax, e-mail, sauna, exercise room, mountain bike, and fishing equipment.

The independent entrance from the garden leads into a spacious study. There are a reading room, a large living dining room with a large sit-in fireplace and door to the garden, a large kitchen with stove top, oven, wood fire bread oven, fridge, dishwasher and direct access to the garden, a cloakroom with half bath.

On the same floor there are three twin bedrooms, two with en suite bathroom with bath and one with en suite bathroom with shower, all with HCP facilities.

The house is available weekly from Saturday afternoon (5 p.m.) to Saturday morning (11 a.m.) all the year.
Arrivals after 10 p.m. are not accepted.
