of nature on the wooded land estate and restored in 2.000yr to a
gorgeous, well furnished, spacious and totally independent villa,
with a very refined selection of furnishings and fittings in a very
surprising combination of old fashion and contemporary design. |

in three minutes drive, crossing charming untouched countryside.
The guests will appreciate the characteristics of this land: enhance
the quality of life in relation to the surroundings, while respecting
that silence. From la Busterna, they will enjoy breathtaking sunsets
and the incomparable sight of the golden wheat fields that surround
it.
The facade in stones, and huge ancient oak trees enrich the spacious
garden enjoyable from the patio. The private swimming pool (6x12
Mt.) is located in a wonderful panoramic site as well. |

Each bedroom has an
en suite bath with hair dryer.
Two hours of cleaning daily and a mid-week linen change are included
in the cost.
Short drive away guests can arrange the use of a fax, e-mail, sauna,
exercise room, mountain bike, and fishing equipment.
Cooking service for breakfast, lunch and dinner may be requested
directly on-site with 48 hours advance notice. Better if booked
before the arriving.
Sarteano with its shops is 15 minutes away by car. Chiusi, within
20 minutes drive, has trains that reach Rome or Florence in an hour
and is near the autostrada. |

REMARKS:
Pets are not accepted.
The house is available weekly from Saturday afternoon (S p.m.) to
Saturday morning (11 a.m.) all the year.
