It is safe to say that the panorama from the grounds of this villa is incredible. One can certainly be astonished by the location of the swimming pool (5x12 Mt.), which is outstanding over the endless unspoiled Val d'Orcia

Located in the enchanting Tuscany's heartland of Siena, in a gentle valley, surrounded by 2500 acres estate belonged to an ancient Abbey, flanking the park of the Val d'Orcia, this house offers privacy and unbelievable evocative atmosphere, being a delightfully villa with a great location from which to explore Tuscany and Umbria while enjoying a totally rural atmosphere at the same time.

The house interior combines the flavour of antique evidences, such as brick arches or ceilings beams, with modern comforts and eclectic furnishing.
This villa is furnished to a high standard. Both living rooms are comfortable and spacious. Each bathroom has its own bath with hair dryer and each room has a telephone extension. A mid-week linen change and two hours of cleaning service per day are included in the cost.

Cooking service for breakfast, lunch and dinner may be requested directly on-site with 48 hours advance notice. Better if booked before the arriving.

Sarteano with its shops, restaurants and bank is 3 miles far and within short driving distances are the villages of Chiusi, Montalcino, Perugia and Orvieto. Both Rome and Florence can be reached in about 90 minutes by car.

Large sitting room with glass staircase to the first floor; a large living/dining room with fireplace; a large kitchen open to the dining room, with stove top, oven and fridge. All above rooms have a screened door to the garden.
The kitchen has a small open patio located in the garden for dining or entertaining.
Cloakroom with half bath, three twin bedrooms, one of which with a screened door to the garden and each with en suite bathroom with shower.
Laundry facilities and heating control panel complete this floor.

First floor:
Three twin bedrooms, two of which with en suite bathroom with shower, the third with bath and a sofa bed.
One double bedroom with a sofa bed and en suite bathroom with bath.

The house is available weekly from Saturday afternoon (5 p.m.) to Saturday morning (11 a.m.) all the year.
