This apartment, just now carefully restored, is located on the third floor (no lift, sorry) of a mansion with sight on the Europa and Regina Hotel, a few metres from P.zza S. Marco, in the most exclusive area of Venice.

The apartment is air conditioned, has double glass windows and a safe door.

It is composed of two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, livingroom with two sofas, table and chairs for 4 and TVset (see the map ).

The kitchenette corner in the living room is well equipped with fridge and all necessary for cooking.

A closet contains the heating and airconditioning equipments, iron and ironing board.
