Comfortable beach front apartment with terraces

This apartment,
on the second floor of a building with 5 apartments one on each floor
- is situated in Mondello, the most famous Sicilian beach, close to
Palermo town.
The building is surrounded by a 12.000 sqm. park on the side of a
hill, protected by gate, and each apartment has its ownprivate access,
full independent, through some steps from the path in the garden.
The apartment has 3 panoramic terraces, fully equipped with sun-awning,
tables, chairs and armchairs, from which the whole goulf of Palermo
is visible, from Aspra to Mondello and to mount Pellegrino - said
by Goethe to be the most beautiful promontory in the world. |
The
main door leads to the living room where there are 3 double sofas,
Satellite TV and a dining area with table for 8.
A corridor leads to the kitchen, small but well equipped,
with oven and all that you need for a long stay.
On both sides of the corridor there are the 1 double
and two twin bedrooms, in one of which one of the beds measure m.1,75
m. long, and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bath and the second
a shower.
Another double bedroom with its own bathroom with shower
has access only from one of the 3 terraces and is completely autonomous. |

In total
sleeps seven adults and one child up to 10 Yr.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper level of the garden where
there is the swimming pool, shared with the owners of the other
apartments and open from June till September. The house is well and comfortably furnished in a modern
style, the white colour dominates, giving a sense of fresh and clean
feel.The climate is mild during the whole year and even in summer
seldom too hot, thanks to the wind fromthe sea. Parking is available
in the garden. |
| The sea
– on the rocks - is right 150 m. down, 5 min walk and the
beach of Mondello 1 km. away. Palermo was the second capital in the reign of two
Sicilys. Has important "barocco" monuments and buildings,
museums, and offers many opportunities to the tourists. |

The whole
area from Palermo to Trapani has plenty of Punic and Greek archaeological
sites such as Motia, Selinunte, Segesta etc. Only 40 km away the
town of Cefalu, one of the Mediterranean pearl. This house is available the whole year except June
to beginning of October, when lived by the owners. |
