At the front of the house, both on the terrace and in the garden, there are deck-chairs, beach-umbrellas, chairs and three tables; you can enjoy the sunshine and the open air while reading or eating.

The villa is well-kept and fully furnished . It is provided with fridge/freeze, washing-machine, 2 TV sets, barbecue, table-tennis, garden furniture.

In Rignano Flaminio, 2 kms far, there are all kinds of shops.
Sant'Oreste, a village situated at the foot of Mount Soracte is 5 kms far, destination of naturalistic and cultural excursions.
Lake Bracciano ( 26 kms) is in easy reach by car and the local train leads to Viterbo, reacheable also by car in 40 mins.
