High
on the slopes of the beautiful nature park of Montagnola Senese,
in the territory of Sovicille, a small Middle Age town a few km.
from Siena, is this delightful spot.
Once a cluster of farmhouses, this Borghetto has since been restructured,
maintaining its rustic flavour but with all the modern conveniences.
It now consists of eight large and comfortable apartments, all with
separate heating, entrance and garden. |

Apartments sleep four or six and consist of master bedrooms with
double or twin beds, living room, kitchenette and baths. All are
equipped with oven, dishwasher and washing machine. A comfortable
gazebo and stone barbecue are available to the guests for pleasant
evening get-together.
The interiors are furnished in typical
Tuscan country style, livened by little touches of art decò.
Meadows, wild flowers and farmlands open out under the eyes of the
visitors of the Montagnola Senese, where nature lovers can take
relaxing walks along woodland paths, or set up their easels in the
shadow of a liveoak tree, or swim in the clear waters of the Merse
river near the town.
There is nothing like the impressive
view of the countryside around Siena. A short way from the property
is the town of Rosia with its restaurants, marketplace, bank, post
office etc. etc.

few km away the splendid towns of Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and
Siena.
