The house, a classic style villa is displayed on 3 floors, with a surface of 450 sqm, and it covers 7000 sqm degrading land with access through an imposing entrance.
The pool, measuring 10 x 4 m, is in a corner of the garden, close to the house but far enough to assure quietness to those relaxing inside the villa, while enjoying swimming and sunbathing.

The villa is comfortably furnished in a classic style.
On ground floor the large living room with a solarium terrace furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, TV satellite and a stereo CD system.
On same level also a large dining room with table for 10, the kitchen, a large bathroom, two single bedrooms and one double bedroom with frenchdoor opening on its own terrace.

The kitchen, which has an independent terrace, is fully equipped with all modern comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and gas oven, fridge and deep freezer.

Close to the villa are a well stocked small supermarket, a butcher's shop with high quality meat and a bus stop which can take the guests to Lucca old city center.
On the main road, about three miles away, guest can try one among the best restaurants in ,Lucca, famous for its excellent cooking, a stock of vintage wines and a very well-supplied wine shop.
