Villa with pool in the outskirts of Lucca

The
villa Le Betulle provides accommodation fot 9 people, is well secluded,
being immersed in 5000 sqm of woods, with hol-oaks, pinetrees, oaks
and elms.
The house, a classic style villa is displayed on 3 floors, with
a surface of 450 sqm, and it covers 7000 sqm degrading land with
access through an imposing entrance.
The pool, measuring 10 x 4 m, is in a corner of the garden, close
to the house but far enough to assure quietness to those relaxing
inside the villa, while enjoying swimming and sunbathing.

The
villa is comfortably furnished in a classic style.
On ground floor the large living room with a solarium terrace furnished
with comfortable sofas and armchairs, TV satellite and a stereo
CD system.
On same level also a large dining room with table for 10, the kitchen,
a large bathroom, two single bedrooms and one double bedroom with
frenchdoor opening on its own terrace. |

The
Dining Room opens onto a solarium terrace.
The kitchen, which has an independent terrace, is fully equipped
with all modern comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave
and gas oven, fridge and deep freezer.
The large bathroom has both shower and bath. On the upper level we
have one double bedrooms and a triple room with one double and one
single bed.
The rooms have their own terrace and a bathroom with shower and
bath.
All rooms enjoy natural sunlight and have a view onto the woods. |
The nice
barbecue in the garden is perfect for great dinners "al fresco".
The house is located in a private street, with private parking.
Close to the villa are a well stocked small supermarket, a butcher's
shop with high quality meat and a bus stop which can take the guests
to Lucca old city center.
On the main road, about three miles away, guest can try one among
the best restaurants in ,Lucca, famous for its excellent cooking,
a stock of vintage wines and a very well-supplied wine shop. |

The area around
Lucca, the Lucchesia is very interesting to visit. Guests can taste
the typical products of the local tradition, such as the extra virgin
olive oil, the many DOC wines, the spelt and the chestnut flour, which
was used instead of wheat and which is still the main ingredient for
the delicious "castagnaccio", a cake that cannot be missed.
The city of Lucca itself is not big but rich in history and suggestion. |

Take some time to browse within the city ancient walls and be captured
by the many churches and monuments, traces of Roman and Medieval
age. All aoround the town the Patrician Lucchesia Villas, imposing
residences once used by the nobles and the upper class for their
summer holidays.
