Villa a Rigoli
is a beautiful villa of the 17th century near Pisa, set on the top
of a hill with a marvelous view of Versilia coast, the Elba island
and the beautiful valley which divides the provinces of Lucca and
Pisa. The place invites to walk on the ancient paths connecting
the Pisani hills and 15 km far the Versilia calls seaside.

Restoration of this 17thC villa, and its cleverly converted five
adjacent buildings, provide varied accommodation in two or three
rooms apartments and the setting for a delightful restaurant.
The apartments are made of one (the bilocale)or two (the trilocale)
twin bedrooms and a sitting/dining room with open space kitchenette,
and a double sofabed. Some small cottages are separated from the
main building
The bathrooms has a shower.

The smaller has a surface
of 35 sqm and the larger 48. All chalets and apartments have a private
equipped space ourtside in the garden.
Stone steps link pathways and apartments to the main courtyard of
the villa, with a parking area above.
It lies in a very good position , with
the opportunity of nicewalks in the paths connecting the surrounding
hills or of reaching the famous Versilia beaches, only 15 km. far.

The area is also an excellent base for touring. From the pool and
flowered terraces, Pisa can clearly be seen in the middle of the
plain below and it is just 4 km down to the little spa town of San
Guiliano Terme.

The apartments and cottages, mostly with private access, have
been restored with particular attention to the privacy of the
guests.

Simply
furnished, but functional, they are equipped with kitchenettes designed
for only light holiday cooking, to encourage guests to take full
advantage of the restaurant.
When this is closed, a pizzeria opens in the courtyard below.

The residence has a refreshments point where
you can taste the healthy Tuscan cooking and buy oil, wine, honey
and season fruits.
The irregular shaped swimming pool (6m x18m), open from 15/4-15/10,
stands perpendicularly to the valley with a wonderful panoramic
view.
