A large estate with great extension of vineyards and a winery, in the Eugenean hills, 15 kms south of Padua (Padova)produces high-quality wine welknown abroad and three apartments within the buildings of the estate, namely The Priest’s house, Nando’s House and House of Mary, , have recently been completely renovated with every comfort for discerning guests, to be rented by the week to those interested in a cultural and/or wine and food orientated holiday in an incomparable setting.
The Palladian Venetian villas on the Brenta river and Venice
are in short drive.
The House of Mary
is on two floors, at side of the offices of the estate and in the same building.
Crossing the pebbled courtyard you’ll reach the private green garden surrounded by hedge, with fruit trees and with a large table and sun chairs. |
On the ground floor there is the hall, a sitting room, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine) with dining area and fireplace.
Two twin bedrooms are on the first floor.
During daytime guests could feel their privacy disturbed by the offices, only as feeling because hardly they could hear noise, so we suggest this apartment to those travellers who plan to be out sight-seeing most of the day.
Prices are indicated for 4 persons.
The House of Mary borders on the adjacent Golf Club with a swimming pool open to guests free from Tuesday to Friday.
A small above ground pool (4,50m) is also available in the garden of the estate.

FOR EXTRA
-Central heating will be calculated EUR 16,00 per day if requested (the central heating is turned on centrally). To switch off, guest must advise if not necessary and will pay only for the days of heating effective working.
-Extra household is available upon request for EUR 8,00 per hour
-Extra set of towels EUR 3,50 per week
-Upon request a mobile phone is available on request in place. The telephone works with prepaid chips. -A security deposit of € 50,00 is requested-Pets are not allowed on the estate |
