A few km out of Padua (Padova) Nando’s house with its own private garden is located at side of the original historical wine tasting room of the large estate where high-quality wine well known here and abroad is produced.
Together with other two apartments within the buildings of the estate, namely The House of Mary and The Priest’s House it has been equipped with all comforts to be offered as holiday short rental to discerning guests interested to explore the monuments and art of the Region Veneto but also the Venetian food , cuisine and the best wine production.
In the outdoor space, surrounded by hedges a large table is an ideal spot for outdoor dinner. |

The entrance to the house is in fact a direct access to the wooden staircase which leads direct from the garden to the living room.
One double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom, meaning good spaces, are a premise for a comfortable holiday.
The wide kitchen, with a large table in the dining area is illuminated by three windows watching onto the Estate.
The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and central heating.
The Estate comprises a Golf Club with a Clubhouse whose bar restaurant and swimming pool are reachable in two minutes. |
The pool available free from Tuesday to Friday andguests are granted a 30 per cent reductions on the green fee.

FOR EXTRA
- Central heating will be calculated EUR 16,00 per day if requested (the central heating is turned on centrally). To switch off, guest must advise if not necessary and will pay only for the days of heating effective working.

- Extra set of towels E 3,50- Mobile phone is available on request in place. The telephone works with prepaid chips. -Security deposit E 50,00 payable upon arrival·

-The outdoor pool at the adjoining golf club is open June to half September, from Tuesday to Friday 10.30 am - 7.30 pm free of charge.
