The Country
House is located 20 km from Perugia and 70 from Siena in the green
hilly Tiber valley, near Torgiano, a welknown area for excellent
production of Wine and olive oil.
In the surroundings old oaks wood, beech and all other trees, mainly
hardwood interspersed by fields and vineyards are a right premise
to rest and run down your stress or to drive calm and in relaxe
to discover small villages and towns, artistic jewels of the past,
unspoiled by the passed time. |
Pheasants, hares, porcupines,
quail, foxes, owls and many other animals often move on the lawn,
pecking protected and respected.
The property is surrounded by a fully fenced private garden with
swimmng pool (5x10) , fruit trees, aromatic herbs and flowers.
The Owners family, farmer in this estate since 18th century when
the estate was 5000 hectare - live at side in their farmhouse and
today cultivate their 130 ha mainly with vines and olive trees.

The farm offers hospitality
in two houses, restored following the local tradition.
A farmhouse is divided into two apartments, 6 sleeps each, and a
little independent house has one bedroom only and sleeps 2.
Each of the two apartments has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms,
a living room with dining area on the ground floor, a living room
on first floor, a vast and equipped wooden kitchen. |
There
are antique, telephone, independent heating, washing machine, dishwasher,
ironing board and iron, hairdryer, strongbox, portable barbecue.
The little house has a living room with dining area, a kitchen with
fridge-freezer, electric oven, mini dishwasher, a wide bathroom
with shower suitable for disabled and a bedroom with tester bed. |

Ground floor: large dining / kitchen and lounge area, a
twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
First floor: 1 large and airy living room with
cast iron stove fireplace and sofa bed, a double bedroom with cot,
a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath with shower. A large dining
room with extendable table for 12 and a second table for 6 can host
a large group renting the whole property.

To be noticed the fabulous Grechetto and Sangiovese D.O.C. wines
bottled by the farmer in their separate winery with vines produced
in the farm. |
