chain - up to 1.300 m. high - which give to the whole territory
an extreme mild microclimate in all seasons, very similar to the
one of Sanremo and Capri |

Castellonorato is a small village, the last on the side of
that mountain chain in direction Naples. It is a suburb of Formia
town.

The football ground
of the village is just out of the gate of the villa.
On the grownd floor there is a wide livingroom, bathroom, the kitchen
fully equipped and a double bedroom with its own bathroom. |

A stair leads to the first floor where there are
three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and two large terraces with
a beautiful panorama on the sea. A stair leads from the terrace
to the solarium, which covers the whole building. |
The house is carefully furnished with antiques pieces and all
kind of comforts. A maid is included twice a week and the gardener
take care of the swimmingpool too. On request a cook can be planned.

The village is one km
far, Formia 15 mins and Scauri 10 mins by car.
A good bus service connects Castellonorato with Formia and Scauri. |
Formia and the Gulf of
Gaeta is a very famous place for windsurfing, thanks to its particular
weather conditions, Windy in the afternoon, with a calm Sea. |
