Villa Chiara
is composed of two houses: the main unit and a dependence, where
the owners, a Roman couple, host their guests during weekends.
The main unit is a part of a larger house with 2 apartments, each
totally independent and with private garden.
The dependence extends along the swimming pool (m.12x6). |
| The large area between
the two houses and around the swimming pool has a beautiful terra-cotta
flooring and the remaining surface is a 2000 sq m park with old
chestnut trees and lawn. Many Florentine terra-cotta flower pots
embellishes the property giving a peaceful feeling. |

LA CASTAGNA, sleeps 4
The main house is on two levels.
The ground floor has a double bedroom and a small living/dining
room with with table and chairs, and kitchenette corner .
The outdoor large terrace paved with Tuscan terra-cotto, is equipped
with a bread oven and table and benches under a romantic mauve wisteria,
complementary to the small indoor kitchen, for a very high comfort
during the spring/summer period.

| A small
spiral stair connects the kitchenette with the first floor (but
the first floor has access from the garden too) where there are
a double bedroom, a large living room with fireplace and a bathroom
with bath.
The apartment is simply but tastefully furnished with antiques ,
carpets and nice paintings.
T the owner lives in Rome and spend many week ends here. |

The Dependence is composed of a double bedroom with
en-suite bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchenette
corner.
Both rooms have French doors opening to the swimming
pool where there are beach beds and chairs, sofas, table |

chairs, beach umbrella, swing, tennis table, a springboard, nocturnal
lighting system, a shower (hot/cold water) and an hammock.
This apartment is tastefully furnished, in the same
style as the main house.
A small changing room with bathroom is at side of the swimming pool.
Both apartments have washing machine and dishwasher,

iron and ironing board,
good quality linen and bath towels, also for the swimming pool,
and all necessary for a long stay.
Kitchenett is well equipped.
The main house, equipped with independent heating, has a stove/fireplace
also. The dependence is equipped with an air-heating-stove and some
electrical heaters.
