A private villa in the exclusive area of the Cinquale on the door
of Forte dei Marmi in a quiet position completely encircled by a
secluded wide garden with automatic gate.
From Forte dei Marmi it is possible: to take boats for daily trips
to the Cinque Terre, Portofino, Elba Island, Capraia Island; to
make sightseeing tour to Firenze, Siena and San Gimignano, Pisa
and Lucca,

Marmo Caves of Carrara, Chianti; to enjoy mountain bike excursions
in the Migliarino National Park; to visit Villa Puccini and Massaciuccoli
lake.
A large sheltered furnished terrace give access to
the house. The living room has comfortable sofas and TV set.
The kitchen has oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas-stove and
a French door that leads to the external garden. On the groundfloor
there are a larder and a bathroom. |

From the living room a
large staircase leads to the first floor on which there are a comfortable
double bedroom with bathroom with bath and two twin bedrooms with
a further bathroom with shower.

The Villa
is located 100 m about from the sea and a place on the beach can
be booked. The car must be parked outside from the villa, in the
adjacent road.
Forte dei Marmi centre, with a lot of restaurants and
shops is 10 mins far by car.
On request, it is possible to have a private and secluded
place on the beach with tables, deck chairs and umbrella. |

TRANSPORTS
Pisa International Airport is 20 minutes far away; taxi, bus, train
(high speed train as well ) are in the Viareggio or Pietrasanta
railroad station.
On A-11 Highway Firenze-Mare, the exit is Viareggio
or Forte dei Marmi.
Regional buses (Lazzi, Clap) take to nearby locations and to Lucca,
Firenze, Pisa; a daily bus takes to Rome |
