| The estate, since one
century residence of a noble family is in a splendid panoramic position
on a green hill in front of the town of Gubbio from which is 5 km
far. The biological farm produces cereals, oleaginouse seeds, oil
and wine. |

The remaining area consists of woods with turkey
oak, oak and ash, home of hares, pheasants, porcupines, weasels,
squirrels, owls, titmouses, wild boars, roe-deers, foxesand many
other wild animals. In the glades the yellow junipers and the brooms
contrast the green of woods andlawns. |
| The Peaceful Corner
is a typical rural ancient building of the XV century, restored
preserving the original architecture of the rural area but with
all comfort, to become a pleasant residence rich of charm. The restoring
continues on another building that in short will be added and also
to make the entire complex accessible to disabled and to build sporting
areas. |

THE APARTMENTS
On the groundfloor the owner - who lives in Milan - has his holiday
apartment.
The first floor offers accommodation in two independent self-catering
apartments that can be rented as a whole unit suitable or a group
up to 10. The apartments are pleasantly furnished with country style
fine furniture and have a 2000 m² private garden and a large
parking area. |

can be made on the spot or on beaten paths to easily reach Gubbio,
