The Priest’s house is included, with further two apartments - namely House of Mary and House of Nando - in a large estate producing wine famous as in Italy as abroad, few km out of Padua (Padova) and half hour from Venice
These units with all comforts, are destined to be rented to those discerning guests interested in a cultural and/or wine and food orientated holiday in the Veneto Region, one of the most exciting areas of Italy.
The former Priest’s house, now a comfortable holiday accommodation for a family of four, is accessed from an iron forged gate through a garden which surrounds the building.
On the ground floor the spacious hall contain a sofa bed that can be used, on request, for the fifth guest.

The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary, including a dishwasher - but lack of oven – and on the same floor are a dining room and a bathroom with bath.
The entire floor is airy and lightly thanks to the windows all around the house.
A staircase leads to the first floor where a twin and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower ensure good comfort for a family with two children.
A washing machine, and central heating are available too.
A large table and sun chairs in the typical Italian environment made of olive trees and oleander bushes invites guests to relax in the garden or enjoy a dinner under the blue sky.

This property borders on the Golf Club which is part of the Estate, where a swimming pool is available free to the guests of the Priest’s House from Tuesday to Friday.

FOR EXTRA
-Central heating E 16,00 per day if requested (the central heating is turned on centrally). To switch off, guest must ask.
-Extra maid service E 8,00 per hour is available on request
-Extra set of towels EUR 3,50 per week
-A mobile phone is available on request in place. The telephone works with prepaid chips.
-A security deposit of € 50,00 is requested

-The outdoor pool at the adjoining golf club is open June to half September from Tuesday to Friday 10.30 am to 7.30 pm, free of charge.
